CANCELLED/RESCHEDULED OR MISSED
APPOINTMENTS
Your appointments are very important to Lush the Collective. They are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
If you cancel or make changes to your appointment less than 24 hours in advance you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee of the service(s) originally scheduled. If you exceed 2 times of rescheduling your appointment you will have to leave a 50% deposit for the future appointment. If this its a recurring issue that you miss appointments or reschedule your stylist may refuse to provide you with future services.
NO CALL/NO SHOWS
If you do not call/text to cancel/reschedule and do not show up on the scheduled date
and time of your appointment you will be charged 100% of the service(s) originally
scheduled.
CREDIT CARD REQUIRED
A credit card is require to be kept on file to schedule any long color/ blonding
appointment, keratin or permanent cosmetics appointment. We require at least 24
hours notice to CANCEL OR MAKE ANY CHANGES to an appointment. In the case that
24 hours notice is not given for a cancellation/rescheduling, your credit card will be
charged 50% of the service that was scheduled. NO CALL/NO SHOWS will be charged
100% of the service that was scheduled.
